IELTS Requirements

As instruction at GCM is in English, non-native speakers must demonstrate proficiency. GCM accepts IELTS with a minimum overall score of 6.0 for Bachelor's programs. For Master's programs, a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 is also required. However, students can apply without an IELTS score if they provide a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate as proof of their English proficiency. Additionally, GCM may conduct a video interview to assess English skills

  1. Online Application: Complete the online application form on GCM's official website. After submission, you'll be directed to a payment gateway to pay the non-refundable registration fee:
    • Maltese and EU nationals: €25
    • Non-EU nationals requiring visas: €100 Note that this fee is separate from tuition fees.
  2. Application Deadlines: While specific deadlines for the 2026 intake are not yet published, it's advisable to submit applications well in advance. GCM typically has intake periods in the fall, starting around September.

Additional Information:

  • Accommodation: GCM does not provide on-campus housing. However, the college has partnerships with landlords offering self-catering apartments within walking distance of the campus. These apartments can be shared or private, with rents ranging between €300 and €900 per month.
  • Student Support: GCM offers various support services, including career guidance, counseling, and extracurricular activities to enhance the student experience. Additionally, international students may benefit from government schemes that allow them to work in Malta related to their course of study.
