Information about visas:
For short visit or tourist visit, you can apply for Schengen visa. Lithuania is a member of the Schengen countries along with Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Bangladesh only provide support for checking the documents required to get the visa and connect the applicant toward the Lithuanian Embassy in New Delhi, from where the visa is been issued. The Consular Office in Bangladesh does not provide any visa.
Both for short term Schengen (C category) visa and long term (D category) visa, an applicant has to apply in the nearest Lithuanian Embassy in New Delhi. Bio-metric information of the applicant is required at the time of submitting the application in New Delhi; so the applicant has to be there in person to apply and process the visa.
